A product of a diverse background in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resources, my professional growth has spanned several industries and target markets, both for and not-for profit. Having capitalized on such expansive experience, I’m fortunate to call myself both author and speaker on topics of business & marketing communication. With experience as a professional of human resources, as well as a business owner, I make it a priority to consistently utilize stealth communication skills-sets for building relationships and creating depth of knowledge.
Having earned the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from HRCI, the SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) and a NextGen HR Master’s Certification from Rutgers University, my contribution strengths to any organization include, but aren’t limited to, Talent and Human Capital Management to Training and Communications.
Published works on topic of communications include regional and national print & online publications along with international book projects, “Overcoming the Superwoman Syndrome” (which has just been translated into Spanish and Polish), “The Women’s Handbook for Empowerment” and “10 Ways to Unleash the Stealth Communicator in You”.

I’m a graduate of the Ohio State University (GO Buckeyes!) with a working background in marketing, business management and Human Resources. In early 2004, after more than 15 years in the corporate world, I embarked on the road to business ownership with my own firm, SS Marketing Solutions, a full service company offering assistance in marketing, branding, public relations and the super~fun voice over product.
